Walla Walla Winery VI - Adamant Cellars

Devin Stinger, winemaker and owner at Adamant Cellars, was adamant that Adamant Cellars was named after Adamantine, a very hard stone similar to rubies and diamonds in hardness. The two wines I tasted weren’t

adamentine at all. The 2006 Rose and the 2006 Semillon were both fresh lively summer wines. Let us hope that future releases are not too adamantine either.
